Our goal is to keep this RV park safe, clean, family friendly and peaceful for everyone. Any actions that disrupt this environment—even if not mentioned are considered violations. Your guests must also follow these rules, and it’s your responsibility to inform them.
Enjoy Your Stay & Follow These Rules:
Occupancy
- Rates cover 2 adults, 2 child (under 18), 1 pet and 2 vehicles (must fit in your site, not on grass or road).
- Monthly guests: If a visitor stays more than 4 nights, they must be added to your application and pay extra guest/vehicle fees.
Children
- Must be supervised at all times.
- Two child children stay for free; additional children may require extra fees.
Pets
- Cats and only non-aggressive dogs are allowed.
- Pets must be kept within the allocated space
- Dogs must be leashed outside.
- Clean up after your pet immediately.
- Restricted breeds: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Dobermans, Huskies, and other aggressive breeds.
RV Appearance
- Management can refuse service based on your RV’s condition.
Quiet Hours
- 9 PM – 8 AM (10 PM – 8 AM in summer).
- Keep noise levels reasonable at all times.
Driving & Parking
- Speed limit: 5 MPH.
- Only licensed drivers may operate vehicles in the park.
- No noisy or unsafe vehicles.
- No parking on the road or grass.
Littering & Cleanliness
- No littering, including cigarette butts.
- Keep your site tidy—only plants, BBQ grills, and lawn furniture should be outside.
- No laundry can be hung outside.
Water Use
- Fix leaks immediately, both inside and outside your RV.
Site Modifications
- Get management approval before adding landscaping, decks, or steps.
- No pools, trampolines, or playground equipment allowed.
Trash
- Bag all trash before placing it in the garbage bin.
- Only trash from the RV park can be disposed of here.
- No hazardous materials (tires, oil, batteries, antifreeze, etc.).
Fountain/Water Feature
- No swimming, fishing, or playing—it’s for decoration only.
Vehicle Repairs
- Jump-starting and tire changes are allowed.
- Other repairs need approval from management.
Weapons & Fireworks
- No weapons or fireworks are allowed.
Hazardous Materials
- Storing hazardous materials is strictly prohibited.
- Breaking these rules may result in immediate removal from the park.
- Illegal activities will be reported to law enforcement.
Stay Policies
Age Requirement
- Must be 21 or older to move in.
Payments & Fees
- First month’s rent + $100 Refundable electric deposit + $100 Refundable security must be paid before move-in.
- Refundable Pet Deposit $25 per pet
- Deposit is refundable or applied to the final bill.
- Rent is due on the date of arrival each month.
- Water and Trash services are currently not charged
- Currently we only take online payment through your guest account and can be set automatically
Electricity
- Deposit: $100 (refundable).
- Charged based on usage
Late Fees
- $10 per day late fee starts after the due date.
- After 3 days, you will receive a Notice of Termination and must leave immediately.
- Returned payment fee: $40.
